On the base, add 1 tbsp. butter, then add 1/4 tsp. ginger garlic paste, 2 1/2 tbsp. Pav Bhaji masala and chilli powder on the butter and mix well for 10 seconds. Now mix everything together and let it get roasted for another 2 minutes. Now put 2 small cups of water, mix well, close the lid of the cooker and cook until 3 whistles..
  4. After you open the cooker, mash everything with a masher, taste the bhaji, and add more salt if required.. the bhaji is ready.
