  1. It's 500 grams of - White rice.
  2. You need 2 1/2 cup of - Plain water.
  3. It's 1 cup of - Coconut milk.
  4. You need 1 tsp of - Grated ginger.
  5. It's 1 tsp of - Sugar.
  6. Prepare 1/3 tsp of - Salt.
  7. It's 5 Strands of - Pandan leaves.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of - Butter (Optional).

  1. Wash and soak white rice in a bowl with some water for 10-15 minutes. Strain them out and place into a rice cooker.
  2. Add in all ingredients except the butter.
  3. Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes then add in the butter and stir well to mix all of them then let the automated tool to do the rest.
  4. Usually the rice would be cooked for 15-20 minutes but no worries when cooking them with a rice cooker. However, once the rice cooker indicate its done, turn the rice cooker off after 5 minutes so the bottom wont burn.
